Why and When to Use the API

Our API is designed for resellers seeking to integrate their platforms with Choose. If your e-commerce platform is not supported by a native Choose plugin, the API provides a direct path to manage your orders through the Choose marketplace. Use the API to automate order retrieval, and create parcels for shipped orders.

Before You Start

Before diving into the API integration, you will need two crucial pieces of information:

  1. API Key: This is your unique identifier for accessing the Choose API. It ensures secure communication between your system and Choose. You can obtain your API key from your account settings on the Choose dashboard.
  2. Sale_id: This identifies individual sales made through the Choose platform. You can find the Sale ID for each of your operations in your Choose dashboard. Each sale_id is unique, and unique by store (europe or usa)
